Briefly describe the problem and what feature of PaleoGIS you were using when it occured (Include any helpful information).
- Include the name of the plate model you are using.
- What was the age of reconstruction when this occurred?
- Were you reconstructing any user layers and are they point, line, polygon, or raster layers?
- Anything special about the user layer...very very large, overlaps the 180 longitutde line, etc?
What version of ArcGIS do you have installed? Look at the Build number in the Help > About window of ArcMap
Attach the PaleoGIS log file to this support email. This file is named PaleoGIS_Log.txt and can be found in your user profile directory. This directory is located in C:\Documents and Setting\ \ on Windows XP and C:\Users\ on vista. Typing %USERPROFILE% into the Address Bar of Windows Explorer will get you to the proper location.

What operating system are you using (Windows XP, Vista, 7, or Server)?
Is the operating system on this computer 32 or 64 bit?
What version of PaleoGIS are you using? You can find the version number by clicking the configuration window and the about button. The PaleoGIS version number is in the top left of the about window.
