Save the Date: 2014 PaleoGIS and PaleoClimate User Conference and Workshop

Mark your calendar now and plan to be in Houston on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, for The Rothwell Group’s 4th Annual PaleoGIS/PaleoClimate User Conference and Plate Tectonics Reconstruction Workshop.

Join your colleagues from the oil, gas and mineral exploration industries, and from the geoscience research community, for a highly informative day (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.). The conference will include presentations of industry user case studies, current research from leading scientists and the latest technological advancements from our plate model partners.

In addition, the Rothwell team will demonstrate new product capabilities and share our future development plans. These include updates to our web-based product strategy and a new offering for the academic community.

Mark your calendar now and make plans to be in Houston on Thursday, November 14, 2013 for the 3rd Annual Rothwell PaleoGIS User Conference and Plate Tectonic Reconstruction Workshop. The event will be held at the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

Join your colleagues from the Oil and Gas and Mineral exploration industries and academic community for a highly informative day (9 am to 4 pm). The Rothwell team will be there to introduce new paleo climate and batch processing product capabilities as well as discuss future development plans. We will also be demonstrating the latest version of PaleoGIS – 4.2.

In addition, hear about the latest technological advancements from our plate model and research partners plus case studies from several of our customers in plate tectonic reconstruction.

A detailed agenda and formal invitations will be distributed in mid-October. We look forward to seeing you again or welcoming you for the first time!

I hope you have been enjoying the summer.

I recently sent you a “save the date” note concerning Rothwell’s 3rd Annual Users Conference and Plate Tectonic Reconstruction Workshop in Houston, on Thursday, November 14, 2013. As one of our existing customers, I am writing directly to invite you and your organization to participate in the event in a very specific way.

Present a “user experience” story: As in the past, existing PaleoGIS customers will have the opportunity to share ways in which plate tectonic reconstruction analysis has contributed to their exploration efforts. We have 30 minute (25 minutes of content and 5 minutes of Q&A) time slots currently available.
